Ceiran (pronounced "Kee-ren") focuses his practice on representing insurers and their insureds in many types of civil litigation. In addition to general insurance defense and workers compensation claims, Ceiran devotes much of his practice to prosecuting subrogation claims for a variety of local and national insurance companies.
Ceiran earned his undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston, where he majored in Political Science and Philosophy with a concentration in Politics, Philosophy, and Law. He then graduated with honors from the Campbell University School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Law Review. While in law school, Ceiran gained litigation experience through internships with the NC DOJ's Tort Claims Section and in the chambers of NC Court of Appeals Judge John Tyson.
